Costs of additional services:
B&B (Bed & Breakfast only) costs per person are 8 Euros/person/day less than listed price
FP (Full Pension, 3 meals/day) costs an extra 12 Euros/person/day more than listed price
(this applies only during the Christmas season as well as in July and August).
Surcharge cost of a standard double room for single person use is 20 Euros/day.
Check-in time is approximately 14.00 Hours (2:00pm). Should you be arriving after 19.00 Hours (7:00pm) kindly inform us of this fact.
Checkout time on the day of departure is before 10:00 am
Surcharges for children sleeping in the same room with parents:
18 Euros per child for children up to the age of 2 years old
50% reduction of adult price for children between the ages of 2-6
30% reduction of adult price for children between the ages of 6-10
15% reduction of adult price for children between the ages of 10-14
Pets: Your dog is welcome to stay with us (restricted to areas outside of dining room and spa). Cost is 8.00 Euros/day (without food)
Payment methods: Your hotel bill may be paid in cash, credit cards: Visa and Euro Card as well as EC Cards.
Reservations/Deposits: Reservations are only guaranteed when a deposit of 150 Euros/room have been received.

Cancellation policy and fees:
Up to four weeks prior to the reservation starting date the cancellation fee is 150 Euros/room.
Up to three days prior to the reservation starting date the cancellation fee is 250 Euros/room.
In the event of a no-show, late arrival (without prior arrangement informing office of delay)
or early departure, the fee is 50% of the prearranged total price.
